If you’re not aware of Shotput, it’s a $99 utility that offloads your P2 cards (or other media cards) to a hard drive, doing verification to make sure all the data gets copied properly. It also does other convenient things related to copying cards conveniently (copying multiple cards while keeping their names, automatically ejecting the cards after a copy, etc. etc.).
I’ve been using Shotput for a while, and was happy to see version 3 appear with some time-saving improvements. Copy performance turned out to be about the same, or just a tad slower, than my former version 2.17, but there’s still enough here to justify the $20 upgrade price.
